What warranty do I get?
One year on workmanship and five years on the frame for solid wood. Foam and fabric get one year. It's written on your bill.
Is the wood treated against termites?
Yes. Every solid wood piece is seasoned and treated before polishing. Engineered wood gets sealed edges.
Can I exchange my old furniture?
Yes. We look at it when we come to measure and take it away on delivery day. Its value comes off your bill.
I'm on the 4th floor with no lift. Can you deliver?
Yes. Big pieces like wardrobes come apart, go up in sections and get put together inside.
Can you make a design from a photo?
Usually, yes. Send the photo and the size on WhatsApp. We'll tell you the wood, the changes and the price.
